- Recruitment and placement services
- Legal and career consultancy services
2. Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellation by You: You may cancel your participation in any internship or recruitment service by contacting us at support@employice.com. However, any fees paid for services that have already commenced are non-refundable.
- Service Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any service or program at our discretion. If Employice cancels a service that you have paid for and the service has not yet been delivered, you will be eligible for a full refund.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services provided by Employice, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Refund:
- If you cancel a service before it commences, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the timing of the cancellation and any non-recoverable costs incurred by Employice.
- No refunds will be issued once the service has been initiated or completed.
- For consultancy services, if you are unsatisfied with the service and notify us within 7 days of the service delivery, we will review the issue and may offer a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees, processing fees, and other administrative fees related to our services are non-refundable.
4. Return Policy
Since Employice provides digital services and consultation, we do not offer returns as we do not provide physical products. Once a service is delivered, it is considered used, and no return is possible.

If a refund is approved, the following process will apply:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment used during the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
